Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your data

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. This covers order data, contact information, and any data shared with us via Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Option 1: Email us directly

Send an email to info@volt-culture.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

1. Your name
2. Your phone number or email address used when placing an order (so we can locate your records)
3. What data you want deleted

We will confirm deletion within 14 business days.

Option 2: Remove via Facebook app settings

If you connected to our site or ads via a Facebook or Instagram account, you can remove the app connection directly from Facebook. Here is how:

1. Go to your Facebook account. Click your profile picture, then Settings and Privacy, then Settings.
2. In the left panel, click Security and Login, then scroll to Apps and Websites.
3. Find "Volt Culture" in the list and click Remove.
4. Confirm removal. Facebook will notify us, and we will delete the associated data within 30 days.

If you do not see Volt Culture listed, it means no data was shared via a Facebook app connection. Any ad tracking data (via Meta Pixel) is anonymised and not linked to your personal profile.

What gets deleted

A deletion request removes:

1. Your name, phone number, and delivery address from our order records
2. Any message history between you and us
3. Any data associated with your Facebook app connection to Volt Culture

Anonymous, aggregated analytics data (such as page view counts) cannot be attributed to you and is not deleted as part of an individual request.

We may retain minimal records if required by law (for example, transaction records required for accounting).
